Awareness of Social Responsibility?

Business life needs women’s creativity, diligence, and foresight.
Women need business life for self-realization, production, and success.
Children need their mothers for healthy mental and physical development.
A woman needs to live her motherhood, to experience the love of her child to the fullest.
A woman needs to live her individuality to feel good about herself, to realize herself.
But to communicate well with her husband, friends and family, she needs to make time for them.

We used the word need 6-7 times when describing a woman’s life. This alone is an indication of how many needs a woman fulfills throughout her life and how worn out and unfair a life she leads. And we must admit that if the place of women in our society was very different, social responsibility projects would not focus on women…

We are a formation that tries to teach and learn awareness to our women, mothers, children and fathers, embraces the unity of power with organizations, perceives life holistically and handles professional psychological, pedagogical, career counseling and therapies under the leadership of experts, and acts with the slogan of Therapy and awareness is everyone’s right.

Knowing this, as ADED, we believe that women who are well-intentioned, hardworking and organized will save the world.

For this reason, we aim to grow together in the name of the power of unity.

We are aware of everyone who does not give prescriptions in any way, we consider their experience as richness and we teach by learning. We see working with experts as a compass.
We are trying to discover ourselves, not the world. In doing so, we take science, sociology, logic, in short, human beings with all their emotionality as a guide. We work to improve the vital status of women and support the formation of public opinion against social problems.
We support women with awareness-raising programs accompanied by expert psychologists and pedagogues.

Social Responsibility, Social Consciousness

Philanthropy is a phenomenon in human creation, culture, traditions and customs. Trying to make both oneself and the other person happy by providing material and moral support to the person in need. We often unconsciously integrate our philanthropy into our lives. So we donate. We can also define this as feeding and giving fish in short. To teach fishing, we need time, organizational skills and opportunities. We have very few associations and non-governmental organizations that teach fishing. ADED is a structure that helps people gain self-confidence, discover their talents, feel that they are not alone, remind them that they exist to realize their dreams individually and as a group, make them feel, and create opportunities.

As ADED, we believe in this. A happy person is a person who pursues their dreams and endures difficulties. As ADED, we provide professional support in the face of the victimization experienced by people and enable them to get back on their feet.

What do we mean?

Donations and aid are of course a step towards raising the status of life, but whether they offer a permanent solution to those in need is a question mark.Disadvantaged people need to integrate, learn and experience many vital concepts like the advantaged people by receiving a number of programs or services to raise awareness after the aid and donations. Because learning is the most important thing that is transferred from today to tomorrow, because social welfare requires it.Of course, an individual who cannot meet his/her needs such as hunger, thirst, shelter and security will dwell much less on phenomena such as love, respect and belonging. But with projects on love-respect-culture-consciousness-belonging, individuals will become advantageous groups and will be able to realize themselves.Social responsibility projects, which are predominantly based on donations and charity in society, create opportunities for disadvantaged people to meet their needs, mostly in a certain period of their lives.-People who live with the perception of needing help cannot add value to the lives of most disadvantaged people.

Why is a child neglected?

If the reason is issues such as ignorance, beliefs that tolerate violence, upbringing, role modeling of inappropriate people, high stress levels, the family or relatives receive professional psychological support as well as the child. In case of reasons such as financial impossibilities, substance addiction, health problems, ADED takes initiatives to receive both psychological support and support from relevant NGOs or institutions.Psychological professional support is the primary and most important step for the abused person or child. At this point, counseling for parents will play a very important role in approaching the child and repairing the damage caused by the trauma. While ADED provides professional psychological support to improve the lives of children and families, it also conducts studies to examine the psychosocial and cultural factors that may cause child abuse by coming together with experts and academics within or outside the staff of the association.

If 'X' works for you and 'Y' works for me?

A person is shaped in the family, the kind of family environment he/she grows up in determines the kind of person that child will marry in the future, what kind of role he/she will play in business life, and his/her character structure. So much so that the problems are always the same, but we are different due to our economic-social-cultural-religious-political structure. So, despite such different lives and psychological structures, how accurate are the parental trainings that are directly presented with certain patterns and prescriptions?

Questioning first, not knowledge!

With its Conscious Parents School Education Project, ADED refuses to define problems as 'x' problem and 'y' solution.Priority is given to 'x' problems that 'parents and children' may experience and phenomena such as 'a', 'b' and 'c' that trigger them. It is stated that parents will reach solution 'y' as a result of questioning themselves and self-criticism at the point of identifying these phenomena.Since we know that quick and easy solutions will not provide permanent solutions in the long run, the trainings are offered with this understanding.

My childhood first!

Individuals’ own fears, childhood, loneliness, traumas, traumas, and dilemmas have a great influence on the way they approach their children. Unfortunately, an important issue that is overlooked is that we approach our children with our own dilemmas, loneliness, and fears. If a parent reflects or imposes such personal problems on his/her child, the books he/she reads or the trainings he/she attends to become conscious will not have much effect. For this reason, parents should first turn their perspective towards themselves and question their lives and actions.Only in this way can parental education be meaningful.
