With the “Mobile Therapist”, which was conducted for the first time in Turkey, our citizens in Hatay province. We want to realize a sustainable project for at least 1 year.
We plan to establish our center in Hatay Samandağ district. Our bus will transport all It will be organized to support Hatay. For people to hold on to life after major disasters (losses), first of all, they need to get the mourning process right and then they need the motivation to use their skills and competencies they need to reach. For this reason, one of the most important services that our citizens there need therapy and counseling process.
As ADED, we have been working in this field for many years as an institution that trains psychologists we have developed this important project.
Our therapy bus goes to tent/container cities in Hatay province every day with the support of sponsors will be able to go to face-to-face therapy counseling and online meetings.
Importance of the Project
Due to the lack of a place where earthquake survivors can get safe therapy and counseling and safe internet in tent and container cities, with the support of family, woman and child-friendly sponsors, the mobile therapist project, which is a first in Turkey, and our therapists and teachers who are both on the field and in the tent determined on certain days of the week.
He will go to the cities to provide counseling in the therapy room, and with the soundproofed online therapy room specially created inside the bus, the earthquake victims will be able to meet with our valuable experts from anywhere in Turkey. The children will raise their hopes for a tomorrow where their parents will heal together on the bus.
